Rashi Peripherals is the authorized ASUS dealer in Bangalore for repairs. I gave them my ASUS P8P67 Deluxe Motherboard on the 7th of Dec 2012 with a promise from them that they will repair and return in 15 days. They behaved rudely at the service center accusing me of manually damaging the pins of my motherboard socket ( I have no clue why I would do that).
Also, I had requested them to treat this case as a priority as the mobo was part of our main Edit Suite. Its been almost a month and the manager at Rashi still gives false promises about the repair. Every time, they have different justifications. Justification 1 (after 2 weeks) : Since its a pin damage it will take time. Justification 2 : We dont take pin damage cases, you should have given it to a different center.
After several calls and warnings, Rashi is still taking their own sweet time & still promising to deliver. I run a film production house and this motherboard is part of my main system. I have incurred loses and lost projects waiting for the motherboard.
I would not recommend such service centers who lack discipline, honesty and give false promises and have no respect for customer’s time.
