The service of Ratnagiri restaurant is not good. Orders were served very late even though restaurants were empty. On top of it, dishes were not hot enough. We ordered Chicken Lollipop, Pahadi Chicken and Banjara chicken, paneer tikka masaala in starters. Kababs were average. We also ordered some Paneer tikka main course item which tasted burnt.
talk about the main course, Prawns masala was below average and prawns in it were not cooked properly. Chicken desi was regular chicken gravy we cook at home and just average. Biryani served was burnt. We returned it but had to pay for it. Chicken Kolhapuri was nice and quite spicy.
The rotis were fine but chapathi was very thin, made up of low quality flour and not baked properly.
Quantity of all dishes is less than usually served in other restaurants.
We were 9 people and bill turned out to be around Rs.3300/-
Please avoid this restaurant if you are looking to have a good time out for meal.
