And as you would expect a government setup to work the work is quite cool and you can have quite a lee-way. The timing is flexible as per your needs. The only thing is you need to be in office before 12 PM IST. Now the best part about this company is the work life balance.
As this company also has work from home facility available, so if you feel there is something else that needs attention then you may request and login from home. In this age of crushing one’s employee with 10 hours of shift, this company has a mandate of just 8.5 hours. Believe me when I say so it’s a bliss. The only negative about it is the infra. But having said that with so many positives you can overlook a minor thing or two.
