I have been Ravindu toyota customer for last 8 years and year on year the service is deteriorating and it is in its worst state.
You need to wait 1 week to get appointment for your vehicle, which is ridiculous , if this is the case then they should stop selling the vehicles when they cannot service the existing vehicles.
You will get your vehicle back after two or three days even if it is small repair or small work.
Except service none of the other repairs will be taken care
Most of the times the spares are not available (my case seat belt problem, head light problem etc )
After service vehicle was not cleaned and it is so dirty inside the vehicle crease all over the steering and the vehicle is ready in the worst state possible, when you go and complain then some one comes and wipes just for the sake of doing so.
During one of the service, the service center guys due to their negligence scratched the back bumper (2 years back) and every time they say you need to leave the vehicle for 4 to 5 days for that and that too they will paint only that 10 cms part which is ridiculous.
What can I write, I can keep writing like this forever....
- Spares - forget - they don’t have anything in stock and they are so customer unfriendly and the rates are very high...
Toyota if they care about their reputation, they need to keeo check on dealers like this.
Only god can save Ravindu and Toyota.....
