I agree with you. this company/delearship seems to be making wrong noises always. Their so called " TOP EMPLOYEES" are a bunch of jokers. They have got no concept of handling the customers. their handling of thir staff is really very shabby.
They give increment raise on adhoc basis. for some employees it is 7-10% on Basic+ DA and for others it is a chunk. they do have a system of baias and sadistic attitude. The best examples are
ravikumar, upadhayaya, nagaraj. these crooks are from service department and these fellows being in the so called top management harass the employees.
They expect, rather demand employess to be present on Sundays and give a poultry sum not in accordance with the law. If they say that they are making a loss it is a white lie. They have registered excellent sales and record service during the last financial year. they are stealing the money from the lowpaid emplyess and pocketing the rest themselves.
Such a lousy, bad, idiotic, wretched compay. They also man handle the employees which I have seen myself. This upadhaya is captain of all these.
