Talk about the worst service folks possible... Here is something I wrote to them.. of course the email went to bit bucket.. They take a call and pass around for 20 minutes and no answer, sometimes, just get disconnected..
Dear Sir/Madam at Ravindu:
I have a feeling that this email is going nowhere, but I will try. Your service has gone from bad to worse. I had sent my 2005 Corolla for service and after repeated phone calls through the day, to attend to a few simple matters, a few were just left unattended.
When I tried to reach the service folks now, they are trying to give me phone numbers of individuals to call. I have owned Toyota vehicles in the US as well, but nowhere has service been so pathetic. Of course, I am almost guarantee that this complaint will go unanswered as well.

Moral of the Story: Do not buy a Toyota in India
