I believe everyone is aware of this brand, and one should not waste any words describing how trendy, quality and preferred sunglasses ray-ban are.
However, if I needed to rate my experience with their customer support, I would say it was terrible. Luckily, they have established themselves as a reputable brand, so I am sure that the treatment I got was due to some bad day of the personnel at their customer support centre or whatever they organised. It took them so long to deliver my pair of glasses, almost about a month, and meanwhile, they didn’t even know where my order was. I think the problem was resolved by itself, the customer support team was not helpful at all.
