I have had a consistently bad experience with them and in spite of earlier unpleasant experience this time I again gave them the benefit of doubt and availed the service. It turned out to be not just disappointing but a disaster. Two pairs of trousers that I gave for altering havent been delivered for almost close to two months, the new order that I gave, the clothes werent stitched up to the specifications. Multiple follow-ups have yielded only frustration and further follow up. call center number only keeps ringing, no response to an email sent to customer care. Guys you have no idea what damage you are doing to the Raymond brand. The only upside is that whichever executive visited me was decent in communication.
