RBL Credit Cards all process is a fraud from issuing their Credit Card to misuse of Your Credit Cards information for fraud activities.
If you Credit Cardholders of any bank, then RBL Bank Executive regularly follow you to issue credit card by calling you again and again. For such customers, they immediately approve a credit card application with little formalities and even without physical verification of customers. Same things happened with me.
I was issued RBL Credit Card in April 2018, and just after 4 months on 28 Aug 2018, I became a victim of fraud transactions of Rs 21800. There were total 5 successful transactions was made but I got only 2 messages on mobile, not a single alert was sent on my email.
7 days earlier, on 21 Aug 2018, I was received a call from RBL Bank Staff as he was saying me that from Government of India has intimate the RBL Bank to informed me that your card can be misused, so if you agree he will block my credit card and issue a new card without any cost.
I was little suspicious because no such call was made earlier by any Credit Card issuer whom I was using from last 2 years. Even I told him, I have not received such type of calls from other Credit Card issuer(Im already HDFC and SBI Card holder).
So, I was thinking if I will give permission to him then, he will ask for a credit card number and other details. So, I reject his request.
Just after the call, a little thought came into my mind that is it plan of RBL Bank to make illegal fraud transaction of doing formalities of informing customers and made the fraudulent transactions?
But I also think, all the bank is running under RBI guidelines then how can one made fraud transactions.
But my doubt became reality on 28 August 2018, when 5 transactions of Rs 4200, Rs 4700, Rs 4500, Rs 4100 and Rs 4300 was made against my RBL credit card.
I immediately called the RBL Customer Care and told him about these fraud transactions. They simply reply these transactions was made on international payment gateways and OTP and PIN is not mandatory on international payment gateways. Only credit card number, expiry date, and CVV are required to make payment on those sites who are using an international payment gateway.
Im a technical person and also a digital marketer so, I know what website Im using. In four months, I have used this card only Flipkart, PayTm, Amazon and Freecharge. Never swipe my credit card to any shop. Then how my Credit Card Information is leaked. Im 100% sure, my credit card information is misused or sale by any RBL Staff.

I think, if Credit Card Issuer has doubt that any customers credit card data was compromised, then without informing customer they should block the credit card and issued the new one.
Now, let see how RBL Customer Care handled my case. Will, they resolve my matter or will dupe my Rs 21800?
