Dear friends today I want to share with you my experience with RBL bank. Friends I have a loan running with RBL bank and I have some issue with the emi date so I called to customer care and they said go to your home branch which is Kapil Vihar Pritam pura. Now the real picture of bank came in front of me which is untrained staff, and nicely and wisely trained staff on how to transfer your query to another counter. Lately I was shocked when I was asked to go Okhla branch because this is the only branch who can help you this is told to me on 2 Nd visit when I reached there with my documents. So please be carefull while operating with RBL bank. Now I am looking for another option. It was a worst bank I have seen.
