The worst experience I had with this
Firstly we never applied for credit card
We have bajaj finance card which tie up with rbl bank and rbl bank send their credit card without informed us and after received we had with conversation with the team but they said it’s free of cost so I take it but after year they started charging for this card without using card.
From 2019 to till date we continuously following with their customer support, executive and so on but no valid response from their team and even I paid charges of free card also after that we even cancelled the card but because of this our cibil score is affect then we again connected with them and asked for help but they just passed us to one bank to another, one support team member to another.
This is all started from 2019 to current date still my problem not solved theought this years we changed email id also now they have another reason that your email id not registered with us then we again changes the registered email id still no valid update they only said forward the previous mail then they generate one case id and said wait for a month then again we called then said we did not received a mail and asked to forward again we forward the mail then again they generate new id again asked for wait this is all bullshit they are doing.
This is all they are are doing with the name of operational process.
Because of we are middleclass people they are all doing this.
This is proper a scam by rbl bank
If possible I will give 0start
And when we send query even they have technical error seriously they even don’t maintain their website
