CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE NOT GOOD. NO ASSISTANCE AT ALL.


I HAVE RECEIVED A STATEMENT OF CHARGES FOR NOT USING THE CARD? NOW, THERE IS NOBODY TO ANSWER MY QUERY, WHY THEY ARE CHARGING ME, WHEN THE CARD SUBSCRIPTION IS FREE FOR FIRST YEAR. I WANT TO CLOSE TO THE CARD SERVICE.
