I had opened a Zero balance account on RBL Bank last year. The online services are very good. Transfering and adding money to the account is just like slicing a soft butter. Throughout loved the bank. But soon I was asked to get the KYC done immediately. So I went to the bank with some other work in hand. As I thought completing KYC would not take any more than an hour. But the suprise was ready. Reached bank by 12: 30pm and the KYC process was completed at 5pm. Pathetic service. I had to wait and wait and wait. And my other work was just a dream to be completed. The CCS was so impatient. She didnt raise her voice but seemed to be irriated at every customer who approached her. I would never like to visit this bank again.
Never the less the online transaction of RBL Bank is upyo the mark.
