Rajesh, Rekha,
I was hoping that both of you will help me with my issues but neither of you have even acknowledged my mail and today I got a notification that my balance is 1500, what happened to the rest of my amount?
Is this a bank? Or money swallowing scam? I am frustrated. Do you both have any authority or is there someone else I need to contact?

Hello,
I have a savings account 1009110010000024 with RBL from 2011, this was a 0 balance account when I opened the account and I was literally forced to open a savings bank account with RBL by the Koramangla branch manager. I am a loyal customer with HDFC bank and in the year 2011 went for a auto loan with RBL bank. The branch Manager assured me that I do not have to maintain any minimum balance and informed me that for the purpose of auto loan, I should open a savings bank account with RBL bank even though I had my doubts about it.
Since the last few months, I have been receiving alerts to maintain minimum balance and this has started without sending any letter or making a call to the customer. How can a bank suddenly decide to convert a 0 balance account in to a minimum maintenance account. The bank should have the basic courtesy to call and take a consent, I transfer auto loan EMI to this account and I see that you have been deducting money towards non maintenance charges. I see this as a fraudulent act by the bank since it was the bank who forced me to open this account.
I am a highly dissatisfied customer of RBL bank as I am not very secure about putting any money in this account as you keep deducting charges without intimating the customer.
I want the non maintenance charges to be credited back. In addition there is an amount of 1623 that is deducted and I have no clue what that is towards?
