RCM buisness mobile app is worst mobile app of any company I have ever seen. This is a multi purpose app in which you can do shopping as well as check your business.
Checking buisness is fine in app but shopping is of worst kind.
It doesn’t shows product which company already launched. Sometimes it shows name but there’s not a single product in that kind.
The delivery of product is too late. I have placed an order of a blazer and a jeans. They have delivered it in a month. This is disgusting.
Mobile app needs update 4-5 times in a week. And doesn’t work if it is not updated.
I think company should invest to modify its app and do more for consumer.
