I ring reach broadband on 12 th jan, complaint about no internet. Then receptionist told me their admin is in the same area and will send ASAP. Time was 12 noon.admin came to fix the issue only at 6pm after several phone calls made and he was in rush to catch the train. So didn’t fix the issue still.
So friends I don’t recommend reach.
