Got my office connected to Reach Broadband in June 2013. Worst mistake of my life was paying for 6 months in advance. All I have to do is come to office everyday and call their customer care and complain regarding no connection. That day evening the connection starts works for the next day also and then the 3rd day I have to repeat the same routine come to office and call customer care because net is again not working.
Feel like going and banging my head somewhere ! Seriously !
