A magazine which I start reading from the title of magazine to the last page without skipping anything
Yes MS ..it is My Readers Digest
Since long I have a quest for a mag which can give me uninterrupted supply of quality articles at a reasonable price and after getting through so many (family, health, general etc etc)..you name it I decide to go for RD
Pros
RD is most economical ..believe me .Many people think that it is costly for 40/-
But first thing is that once you subscribe it will come near 30/- and you will get some goodies , offers etc etc
Secondly This magazine you can read from start to end each and every article , , whereas others mags half is junk, , you have to skip it
So cost per word per article is what matters
Their is one ratio regularly maintained in RD ..that is ratio of difficult words to total words (difficult words means words which common man will not know the meaning)
Very touching and lively articles
Many are taken from real life stories which don’t fail inspiring you
If you think you should take some health tips from some one, go for RD , even your local doctor may give some wrong advice but not RD
Grammar and composition is excellent regular unpublished jokes, humour in uniform, real life adventures, life is like that etc etc which are never repeated and are real fun
regular word power vocabulary test.
Family Magazine..young , old, men , women everyone can read it
Prompt and assured and timely delivery every month
Last thing RD is very honest .In one of the issues it published a story claiming it to be true incident which turned out to be fake one...Believe RD themselves were the first to acknowledge it , and apologize for it
