Realme is well-known for manufacturing feature enhanced devices within a reasonable price range. Their December 2019 release - Realme 5i however fails to impress with its features.
It has a 6.52-inch display with a resolution of 7201600 pixels. It is run by Snapdragon 665 chipset. It has two variants - 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage and 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage. It has quad rear cameras with the specs of 12 MP+ 8 MP+ 2 MP+ 2 MP and an 8 MP front camera. The battery power is 5000 mAh and it runs on Android 9.0 Pie Operating system.
This device is priced at around 10.5k and although the features seem decent - the smartphone has quite a few flaws. It lacks fast charging which is a common feature expected by consumers these days and the low-light camera performance is below sub-par. Moreover, the chipset integrated into the device - SD 665 - is not an updated chipset and Realme definitely should have opted for another option. I think there are better devices at the same or a less price integrated with updated chipsets and features like Realme’s own Realme C3.
