Realme 6 Pro- not worth the price

The base model of the Realme 6 Pro is priced at Rs. 16, 999 in India and comes with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage. The 6GB RAM and 128GB variant is priced at Rs. 17, 999 while the other variant 8GB RAM and 128GB is available for Rs. 18, 999. The Realme 6 Pro is available in two options, Lightening Orange and Lightning Blue.

The Realme 6 Pro stores two selfie cameras. One of them is a 16-megapixel primary shooter with f/2.0 aperture and the other is an 8-megapixel sensor with an ultra-wide-range f/2.2 lens.

The Realme 6 Pro has a 6.6-inch full-HD+ Display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the Realme 6 Pro has the octa-core Snapdragon 720 SoC. The graphics are taken care of by the Adreno 618 GPU and the Realme 6 Pro has up to 8GB of LPDDR4x dual-channel RAM. This seems like the real deal, however, one must know it is so, only on paper. The phone suffers setbacks on heavy use with issues like overheating of the device. Realme 6 Pro coming in at 163.8x75.8x8.9mm in size and weighing up to 202 grams. This seems like a bit too heavy for a smartphone in today’s time. It makes the phone feel bulky.

There are other smartphones available that would be considered as a better option over the Realme 6 Pro. If one had to choose between the two Realme smartphones, the Realme 6 variant is a better pick over the Realme 6 Pro as Realme 6 offers equal rather more than what its counterpart has to offer and at a cheaper price and with a much better processor.
