I am extremely disappointed with Receptive Solutions / Receptive Group of Companies.
After paying a significant upfront amount and signing their Client Service Agreement for Luxembourg work permit, I was assured that the refund would be processed within the timeline mentioned in the contract. I complied with all requirements and followed every step as instructed. Despite this, the refund has not been processed within the promised timeline, and there has been no clear accountability or ownership from their team.
Getting basic answers itself has been a struggle and the team keeps on pushing the timeline. Responses are delayed, vague, and often simply push timelines forward without justification. For a company that readily accepts large upfront payments, the lack of urgency and professionalism when it comes to refunds is unacceptable.
Clients should be extremely cautious and read every clause carefully, especially the refund section additionally please do not expect transparency with the and the excuses are very doubtful. Dont assume commitments will be honored just because they are written in the agreement.
This has been a stressful, time-consuming, and avoidable experience. I would not recommend engaging with them unless you are fully prepared for delays and persistent follow-ups.
