There are multitude of websites nowadays on mobile and DTH recharges. This one also is a start up with all the qualities and attributes of a crook and malicious cheater.
They have a promotion running on their website that says - One gets Rs. 25 back for every Rs. 100 recharge. I went with the offer and recharged for Rs. 100 for my DTH connection on 19 Jan 2012 which was rejected by DTH saying insufficient amount.
The money was debited and these guys mentioned it would be credited back. Till today there is no sign of credit or any refund. When I ask them on the details of the transaction refund code or the date, they send a one liner saying "Money refunded from our side". Other standard websites take 3-5 working days for any refund through cancellations / failed orders. Looks like this money is crawling to reach my account.
To top it all, they don’t have a phone on which one can talk to resolve queries. Only a ticket system which gives us standard one liners. Even if you provide your own phone number in the ticket, they won’t call back.
This is clearly a PHONEY website created to cheat and loot your money. I have completely lost hope of getting any amount back from these crooks. I would strongly urge people intending to recharge their handhelds or DTH connections online to AVOID this website like the plague. STAY AWAY is the friendly suggestion!
