Before I share my experience of mobile recharge through rechargeitnow.com. I want to first give a overview about rechargeitnow.
What is Rechargeitnow
Rechargeitnow is basically a mobile recharge portal in which you can recharge your mobile, DTH, Data card and pay mobile bills
I use freecharge as my primary method of online recharge. But I also some other recharge site s like paytm and company own recharge platform. I was going through a series of online recharge portal on google. Then rechargeitnow pop in one of the results in google. So, I thought I might give it a try.
So here’s my experience of recharge via rechargeitnow
When I open Rechargeitnow, I was not very much pleased with the website design and User interface was also no good.
There were too many ads on the website which distracts your attention like the one which says earn from recharge of Rs.150 x 4. Which they highly promote on every of their website.
Multiple login
They do offer social network login from facebook, google+ and yahoo. So, in signup dept. I have nothing bad. Though they can serious need to work on the design of the registration form. It looks like the signup form has never changed since it launched or something.
No confirmation page
Of all these shortcomes of rechargeitnow, I get pass it through, they are forgiven about the clunky website design and ads on their website. But one thing I donot like is that they didn’t gave the confirmation page of payment and whether my recharge was successful or not. To know my transaction was a success I have to look into the my account.
Also when after I successfully paid the amount of the recharge I redirect to jabong.com in place of the confirmation. I recharged my mobile through them once. But Iam never coming back to recharge my mobile ever.
