I got to know about the website rechargeitnow.com from one of my friend who had used this website earlier successfully. So, i thought its a good idea to recharge your mobile online sitting at home, so i registered on their website and entered rs 300 recharge amount then the website took me to my bank website sbi and the transaction was completed securely but to my horror just after the transaction was complete rechargeitnow.com website displayed "your recharge was not successful due to some technical reasons", now there was no technical difficulty according to me as money was deducted from my bank account and the website also was running smoothly without any glitches, then i searched for phone numbers so that i can contact them but i was very very shocked to see that they do not have even one phone number and the only way to contact them is by sending them mail through their website, obviously, to which they don’t reply.
Now I think going outside and getting recharge is much much safer and hassle free than getting it online.
