Whether you recharge or not the customer care service is utterly worst. When I contacted them for support, they issued me a ticket with some ID.I received a confirmation mail saying that they received the problem and will be contacted back later. Till then it will be fine.
Later after waiting for a week , I again contacted them.They gave me a new ticket ID. But till now believe me there was not even a single response from them. I even doubt about the working of coupons they are offering. We cant even select coupon of our choice while recharging.
When I did my first recharge, they simply directed me to a online site. They definitely need to improve and speed up the customer service in order to stay in the race.
