Recently my house went under little renovation! I needed a
product to clean stains like dirt stains, rust stain etc. I had seen very
promising ads of “Easy off Bang” from Reckitt Benckiser(India) ltd. We’ve
often used it’s other products which are highly recognized like Dettole, Harpic
etc. These products have a goodwill in
the eyes of it’s loyal customers. I thought it’s from a trusted company and
therefore it’s new product also has to be of equally good quality. I read all
the instructions well and then applied it directly on the affected area(as
written on the instruction label). I got a strange feeling when I saw the
liquid substance of “Easy off Bang” is thinker then water. Ok that feeling wasn’t that disappointing as
the product’s results in itself. I applied reasonably enough quantity of “Easy
off Bang” on our floor where there were rust stains of cylinder, wiped it with
a cloth taking reasonable care that it substance isn’t wiped off completely and then left it for 2-3 minutes on floor( as directed in the label).
There weren’t any result. I repeated the same process
again to see if there’s any change.
There were hardly any results. The stains didn’t even fade a
bit. This wasn’t expected from such an esteemed company. Let me say, normal detergents
clean better than “Easy off Bang”. I even applied it on tiles, washbasin and
window grill. There weren’t any conspicuous results. I’m **highly
disappointed** with this product. Most importantly I’m disappointed with Reckitt
Benckiser to launch such a pathetic product and do such heavy publicity
of this product to mislead a loyal customer like me. I don’t recommend
this product anybody. In fact I’d like, if the company approaches me to solve
my grievances.
