I’m sharing my experience with reconnect 4K LEDTV 42 inch. First of all I would like to say the TV picture quality which is not satisfied. There is the quality it’s good but when we connect with the digital TV if I compare it with LG or Samsung the quality will be not that good.And did not like the quality of the colours as well there are very much features are missing with the TV screen.
But Smart TV features are good, But there is a problem connectivity with line Internet connection also the mobile device screen mirroring most of the time is not working, very difficult to connect. Also iOS device there is no option to connect.
Sound quality it’s very poor.Remote look like a Chinese for local manufacturer.
Also the TV warrenty provided 2years but there are very less service center is avaliable in the city.
Customer care support also I am not satisfied, they did not provide much knowledge about the product regarding any issue or troubleshoot steps.
So I will never recomand this product to others.
