When I was decided to buy a led tv I was very happy but when o bought reconnect led tv I am very disappointed by this tv. This has no extra features sound quality is also poor for some cable tv channels.
Video quality: - this tv support hd video quality. We did not get some hd cable tv channels on this tv. Video quality is average
Sound quality: - we didn’t hera clear voice in some cable tv channels. Sound is adjustable but need some improvement.
Customer support: - reconnect didn’t have many customer care center so we didn’t get quality customer support.
Value for money: - I think this tv model need some improvement in it’s features. This not vlauable to me.
