I had been to the HSR Bangalore branch for physio sessions suggested by my doctor.
Place - It is located in a residential area in HSR Layout. The clinic itself is dingy and is largely uncared for. Old curtains, dusty printer, magazines of last year and duck taped wires welcome you as you step in.
Service - There were a couple of’therapists’ when I visited this place. Nobody greets you or gives you any information at all. It is all for the visitor to grasp it from the posters/printouts pasted all over. It is more of take it or leave it attitude. I consulted a doctor from another hospital and bringing out the prescription itself brought a sad face on the’therapists’. I assume that if you consult a doctor there, you might be privileged for a smile. The’therapists’ themselves keep speaking about the customers in Telugu which I found quite irritating.
There a various packages which you can choose from the printouts on the wall. I took a package of 2000 for 7 sessions. The initial 4 sessions were quite OK but the next 3 were just an eye wash. When confronted, I was told it is how the sessions in Recoup are done. I guess, it is just one of their ways of pushing us to extend the session/package.
I only went here because of the proximity of the clinic to my house. Overall, a place that can well be avoided.
