He works late night treating and consulting patients that he never looks into time, he has no time bar when it comes to serve the patients.

Expansion of semlarass is single event multilevel lever arm restoration and anti spasticity surgery. All surgeries are completed under a single anaesthetic, requiring only one hospital admission and one period of rehabilitation.
