Red Fort is built of Red Stones, that is why this is called RED FORT. This Fort was built up by Shahjahan, a prominent Mughal Ruler. This place is very near to Delhi Railway Station and also facing important market of Delhi i.e. Chandini Chowk.
Preferably visit in the evening, so that you can see Light and Sound programme. A good shopping center is inside the Fort. Better engage Guide , who will be able to explain you each important part of the Fort.
