Red hot chilli pepper is one of the finest restaurants of kolkata. It has three branches, evenly spread out throughout calcutta, so that no one has to travel far to find his favourite outlet. I like this restaurant for its ambience, for its mouth watering food and for its courteous staffs. The decor and ambience is not too gaudy.. Its sober , the cutlery are’nt very fancy. Plain and simple. The tables are also spread out so as to provide a sense of privacy to the diners.
I often visit their salt lake branch with my spouse and enjoy the a la carte food . Their buffet for lunch is exotic and reasonably priced keeping in mind the clientals who comprise mostly of it’s professionals. I enjoy the starters , be it chilly baby corn or chilly potato. The soup , specially hot and sour, is mind blowing. The veg spreads are equally nice with chilly garlic noodles and devils choice being their signature dishes. Daar saans as desserts just completes the complete meal.
Though they have added indian cuisine, chinese food is the best and i recommend everyone looking for quality food at reasonable price to head towards red hot chilli pepper.
