By far, the best multi-cuisine restro

There was the buffet option, but we decided to go for a la carte. We started with a round of beers. For starters we ordered dragon chicken with cashew nuts. We also ordered sweet corn chicken soup. The soup was pretty good with ample chicken pieces. The dragon chicken with cashew nuts was a really different starter I had eaten in a long time. The cashew gelled well with the chicken and the taste was awesome. It got over in no time!

For main course we went with mixed fried rice and chicken in Schezwan pepper sauce. The rice portion was good enough for both of us and had chicken, prawns and eggs. It was a simple preparation but tasted really good. The chicken dish was also a winner. Spicy but well flavoured, this went finely with the rice. The gravy would be good enough for atleast 3 people.

All in all the meal was really good. Service was extremely good too. I liked the way the stewards smoothly transitioned between themselves while serving different parts of the meal. This place is quite pricey though. I am not sure how much the bill was since my friend paid, but it would have been something around 3.2 - 3.5k for the 2 of us.
