The Red Rose Spa at Salt Lake near to City Center 1 in Kolkata offers special reduction of 40 per cent across all spa services and invited for a wonderful swedish massage for Rs.1400 for a 60 minutes session. Well the ambiance was okay but the lady attended for the session was a plum suburban girl who after the initial 5 minutes sessions started haggling for ’extra services’ with additional payment ranging from Rs.2500 to Rs.6000.
When declined she expressed her disgust and deliberately brought down the session into mere 40 minutes with in between offer to ’review the decision’ and pay the extra charges through credit card if cash was a problem. Mind you the session charge was taken in advance at the counter by another plum Lady-who when shared of the poor service, bereft of any therapeutic massage, showed her face and remained indifferent. Anybody venturing to go to the spa better Be Aware !
