I bought shoes and chappal two days back.shoes are ok but chappal is not good.i had been to red tape online shop in tirumalherry hyderabad .soi just went today to exchange but they refused straight away it is used and said all nonsense and it is a discount shop I said iam not comfortabble please exchange and they say no.dont go to this shop by showing discount they are not exchanging.very bad experience and I leftt the chappals with the shop as they are adamant in replacing
