I had purchased a redtape sandal few monhs back from Rajouri Garden Exclusive Shop and after few weeks the stitches came off and I was to throw it off and then I remembered of its warranty went to the shop and after a month got it replaced and this time I added few bucks and took a show after 2 months the shoe sole came off. I then waited for again a month and this time again added 600/- bucks and took its limited edition shoe. This time the shoe had QC Problem(right shoe was shorter than the left).
Again they have told me that it will be replaced with a new one(Infact I wanted the same model) Again I will have to wait for few weeks. This is embarrassing and humiliating. I am planning to approach the consumer court. I never purchased their stuff during Sale periods.
Please help , me out and donyt ever block your money by investing in Red Tape Shoes.
