If I am talking about my self it’s a worst experience with Red tape.
I had bought Red tape shoes worth Rs. 3200 from a store in Gurgaon.
On just wearing shoes twice the stitches came out. I gave shoes back to the store for repairing. I called them so many times but they told me that the shoes have not yet arrived from their repairing center. After a few days, I went to the store and they handed over the shoes to me. The re-stitching done was of very poor quality. Instead of white color thread present on the shoes they did stitching by grey color thread and also damaged them from the sides. When I asked the store management about the poor repairing they said this is the way we repair it and we are not responsible for anything.
I also talked to Store manager but he also behaved badly and refused to help. When I insisted, they ask to keep shoes for some more days. But I have no more expectations.
