Red bus, it’s a part of scam. Please dont book your tickets with REDBUS. they handover their clients to travelers. I was booked five ticket from Delhi(Majnu ka tilla) to MAnasultanli @ 9:00 PM on 30th Dec. I reached on the the place @ 9:00 PM. Now adventures starts from there, I tried several times to Red Bus but they are not responded, I called to tour traveler mentioned my redbus in m ticket Himachal Holidays to know about my bus no nd place. We have talked 2 hours and 15+ peoples of this vendor. At 11 PM they told me bus place have changed please come to vidhansabha Metro station because we have not any option that time so go to that place. Now I waited again for the bus approx 1 hour. Now it’s 11:55 PM we are still waiting for bus. At 12:00 bus came, I showed the tickets to bus coordinator to help me for my seats. We booked the seats at the middle of bus, coordinator was fully drunk nd told me go to last sheets of bus, I told him we have already booked my seats no with red bus so I want that same seats which I booked. he abused me nd said’baithna hai to baith ja varna utar ja bus se nhi le ja raha tujhe’. I talked again with himachal holiday they also told me’jaha seat de raha hai wahi baith ja agar jAnasultan hai to’ . I booked my seat @ 1600/person for the comfort but travel in the last seats. So guys never book any bus booking with Red bus.
