"Redbus is money eater monster"
I booked a ticket from Sri Ganganagar(Rajasthan) to Jaipur but just before 2 hour I got some emergency so decided to cancel ticket. I called redbus customer support(worst customer service I had in my life) they said ticket will not get cancelled because the bus operator company will not allow redbus to do so and as per policy I will not be getting any refund not even a single rupee. I was begging for my money back I requested them to please refund my money if not possible for full refund let’s make some deduction and pay the remaining amount but they said no means no. I will not be getting any amount refunded customer support agent. He was not ready to do anything only one answer he gave me no money refunded and there is none other option are available they put me hold for 4 times but answer was same. I will not and never suggest any one for redbus to book any sort of services. Don’t book any services with red bus it’s really worst experience I lost my money.
Red bus is a cheater organization worst then worst is red bus they are scammers just want to make money.
