We booked ticket from Trichy to Bangalore in Sangita travels through redbus. When we went to the travels office for boarding, we were told that the seat numbers we booked are in some others name and we were not allowed to travel in that bus. The same thing happened for 4 more persons in the same travels. We called redbus customer care. They told our ticket is confirmed and they asked the travel guys to provide the seat. But travel guys say its the problem with redbus and we cant do anything. After 11:00 PM, the redbus customer care is also closed and we were standing on the road wondering what to do in that midnight.
So please never ever use the site for booking tickets. You can use the site to check the bus availability and please use corresponding travel websites for booking.
