Dont use redbus to book the ticket. I planned to book 3 tickets for 28th. But wrongly I booked for 27th in red bus for J.J Travels (SDF Bus)Koodankulam Exp. Once booking completed only I noticed the date issue. Immediately called customer care.
They told as before 24 hrs they cant do anything and told to call JJ travels. I called JJ Travels. They told its online transaction so we cant do anything. I requested them to swap the ticket from 27th to 28th in the same travels. That also they are not accepted.
I tried at the max finally both red bus and JJ travels are not done anything. They ate my money...It is the worst to treat the customer like this.
Both redbus agency and JJ Travels are worst. Don’t trust them anymore. Don’t book using redbus. Don’t book for JJ travels.
