I see a lot of terrible reviews here; but my experience was quite fine. The tickets I bought were for a Pune to Bangalore trip. I loved how RedBus lists customer ratings for every bus service they list (other bus booking sites don’t have this).
They accepted my debit card, I got the ticket, the bus was nice, and all went well. What can I say – perhaps if I had tried to cancel the ticket, I might have met with problems like some of the other reviewers. I personally had a great experience though
