Booked two bus tickets urgently as a last resort to reach my native just as I received news about my grandmother’s death. As we had to reach as early as possible and the bus who have taken around 15-16 hours to reach, so I searched flight and booked tickets.
Immediately after that I tried to cancel bus tickets but was not allowed to cancel it through their app or website. I called there Customer care and explained them my situation. I needed money as lot of it had been used in tickets only and those few thousands of bus fare would have helped me a lot. But they didn’t listen and finally after many mails they declared that they will not refund the money as it is against their policy.
Will not be using their site ever .
