I have used this bus last week when I went to vacation to my native it was very bad service I don’t like bus seats and beds and all there is no cleanses proper bed sheet in sleeper coach.
And also they taken more cost and service is bad at least they could have give proper service also we found in seats bed bugs the pickup point they promised somewhere they taken me somewhere so please don go with this bus instead of redbus you can use srs or vrl they are very good service providers.I don like even 1% in this red bus drivers are also very rude they will not proper response for query and if we compalint customer service also they also no proper response I don’t know how these people working with this company I would like to suggest all don’t use this bus for an long journey its just for 100-200 km ok not morethan that it was not at all good bus.
