REDBUS is cheating people by not refunding

I booked a ticket on REDBUS costing 2200. The date of journey was 16 Nov. I had to cancel the ticket on 15 Nov(on that date the terms of cancellation was that 15% will be deducted). I tried cancelling via website and it did not work so I called up the customer care and asked them to cancel. The customer care guy assured me that the ticket will be cancelled and after deducting 15% which is 330 Rs. the rest will be refunded to me.


But on 16th Nov I  get a message from Redbus telling me where to board the bus. I called again and said I had already cancelled it. The customer care guy said there is some error and it is not cancelled. He said he will cancel it now. The issue is that since he cancelled on 16th, the terms of cancellation on 16th Nov got applied and I got only rs. 880 back . he assured me that the rest of my money will be refunded to me after looking at the call log of my call on 15th Nov. I also provided the number from which I called and the date and time of call.


Despite several emails and calls to their customer service I haven’t received the rest of my money yet. They are simply trying to avoid paying my money back though it was no fault of mine and clearly their negligence.


Please do not use their services, they cheat you out of your money.
