I booked a ticket from Haridwar to Delhi for 14th June.I tried to book it on 12th. I chose the date of 14th and finally when the confirmation came, it came as 12th. I called them immediately. But they have their so called POLICIES of refund within time.
Dont know what the hell policy it is. Policy should be customer driven. Also with an immediate intimation, there was no way of any financial impact. People seem to work as robots. Why to set up a "customer care" then? Just a formality and book tickets? Very poor experience on my first go.
