It was a nightmare for me when traveling from Chennai to Madurai by Shama Sardar Travels on nov 9, 2012. My bus was expected to arrive on nov 9, 2012 at 11.15 pm but it arrived CMBT at 2.30am on nov 10, 2012.
There was no one at the Shama sardar office to help us(nearly 120 people) to board the buses for Madurai, Coimbatore and Bangalore buses even at 1 am. Finally Police was called by us for searching the bus at 1 am on nov 10, 2012 to check the "office guys" and the bus. I had a worst travel ever in my life with shama sardar travels. Please stop booking for Shama Sardar Travels immediately, else I will never use redbus for booking tickets in my lifetime .
