The Worst Service ever is RedBus

First Experience with RedBus went very bad, then I have blocked RedBus for 3 years. But After recent TVC by Allu Arjun, then again I wanted to give one chance assuming they have improved their Service.


On 20th May 2017, I have booked a Bus Ticket from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad with One travel Operator, I Choose this travels only because RedBus Offered it.


Bus supposed to Reach my boarding point at 10:40 PM on 20th May 2017, I have reported the boarding point at 10:20PM as mentioned in Ticket. I called to Bus Operator, then I got news that bus has minor breakdown, hence 30 mins delayed.


I had wait for 1 hour, and I tried to reach bus operator, but this time, both the numbers are Switched Off.


RedBus is least bother about its Passengers, Only Concentrates on Money collection.


Then I tweeted to RedBus on their Official Twitter handle, then I got robotic replies.


After 4 hours of Waiting on Highway, Bus Operator has confirmed that Bus is not gonna come this night. They have cancelled the Service since the Bus has technical Issue.


Midnight at 2 AM, approximately 40 passengers are waiting on High way, but the response from Travel Operator was very irresponsible.


Just because of choosing RedBus, I had to cancel my trip to Hyderabad, and I missed my flight to Mumbai.


Again I booked a flight to Hyd on next day night.


By choosing RedBus, I had lost 6000 Rupees, and Had 4 hours of Mental tension. But Still no response from RedBus. and I lost my ticket fare of Rs.1795/-


By this, I lost the trust on AlluArjun who is endorsing it.


I am gonna file case against RedBus for the loss caused to me.
