I tried to book a round trip from Hyderabad to Shirdi (Rs 5400) but the transaction got failed.
I have waited for more than 10 days for refund.
I was in need of that money so I contacted my bank manager, he told me that the transaction was successful and he didn’t get any refund request. I contacted Redbus more than 5 times, they told me every time that we have refunded money. I lost hope and sent a harsh mail to Redbus guys.
Next day, they sent me a mail stating that they have received the money and would refund it asap and sorry for inconvenience.
I definitely won’t recommend Redbus.
