I booked 2 tickets from Mumbai to Nagpur but just before an hour I got some emergency in my family so decided to cancel ticket and return back to Nashik. I called redbus customer support worst customer service I had in my life they said ticket will not get cancelled becoz the bus operator company Neeta Volvo will not allow redbus to do so and as per policy I will not getting any refund not even single rupee I was begging for money back I requested them to plz refund my money if not possible for full refund let’s make some deduction and pay the remaining amt but they said no means they will not giving me any back the total amt.
I will not be getting any amt refunded customer suport agent.
I will not and never suggest any one for redbus to book any sort of service plz my dear frds do not book any service to redbus. I lost my money redbus is a cheater organisation.
